Family Ties

I've been thinking a lot about the family lately, and how we're spread out more and more across the world. My generation is big, and the next—and ultimately larger—generation is already growing quickly! So I wanted to find a way to give us all chance to keep up on things.

So here's the experiment: This blog is open to everyone in our family whose email address I could gather. (Thanks Barbara and Sue for the help!) And you all have access to add anyone I may have the wrong address for. Please feel free to post with anything that's going on in your lives! It can be what you're up to, things you've done, birthday wishes, pictures, anything goes—it's all our space.

A few of us already have our own blogs, and the ones I know about are in the space to the right of this post. There are two ways of automatically feeding in those blogs to this one, I put both up and poll in between to decide which we like better. Both of them display the most recent posts.

Anyone game? What have you been up to, all?

PS: I have no sense of design...please feel free to customize as you see fit!

Correction -- Tesa's blog is at houseofprayer832.blogspot.com

Michelle is also keeping one over in England, at englandbound.livejournal.com/

This is a nice idea!

We so not have a "blog". However, we post information about Jackson's development at the following website.

This portion of the Fleming family is doing well. Jackson is turning one next week and we can't wait for Tim and Jack's birthday bash. As I am posting this I can hear Tim reading "Time for Sleep" to Jack. Who knew that Tim could do so many voices? He really is the best dad. - Fleming's in the Windy City
